Simple to use, Shurhold Industries' Flexible Rope & Cord Brush is the perfect way to clean 1/2" to 1" diameter rope. This ingenious hand tool is ideal for dock lines and other tubular items, such as rigging, hoses, power cables and railings.
The flexible Rope & Cord brush is easy to clean, only requiring a quick rinse and air dry. It should be stored out of direct sunlight. This brush also floats if ever dropped in the water.
To use, owners should wrap it around the line to be cleaned with bristles facing the rope. They should hold it firmly to ensure complete contact around the line and scrub lengthwise to remove debris, dirt, mold and other contaminants. For best results, the material can be soaked in Shurhold's Serious Marine Cleaner (SMC) prior to brushing.Shurhold's Rope & Cord Brush has a retail price of $12.95.
