Every year in a different country, Brunswick European Group organize gatherings with journalists on which occasions they present their latest boats. Last year, it was Finland, the year before Marbella Spain, and this year was Athena. The composition of four-day event had working, but also spontaneous character, without boring bothersome sessions that often make you spend time hidden somewhere in a bar, accompanied with some other that share your opinion.
The hosts skillfully compiled eleven fresh models (plus two last year´s for journalists which has not been in the Finland) that clearly show European Group´s planned direction as well as their roots, guided by principle of presenting something for each interest. Starting point was, as always, renowned Sea Ray sports yachts, outstanding Boston Whalers fishing boats and this year attentively prepared two Sea Pro fishing boats.
By inviting sixty journalists from all significant European magazines (45 magazines from 20 countries), Brunswick European Group gathered the whole cream of the European boating journalism. Brunswick size is well known, but for those who might not know, the corporation consists of 500 companies engaged mainly in boating industry, and produces more boats than all other manufacturers on the world together.
Joint encounter with the new models was also used for exchanging opinions and information about so far and the further activity of international association of nautical journalists TINC, and get the new member from the Poland, Joanna Kazanecka from the editorial board of Motorowodny magazine.
The houst of this event had been Kappa Marin, which with the Brunswick cooperates already 10 year (Sea Ray, Baja), so during this event was exploit a chance for the celebration that anniversary with great cocktail party (much "more strenuous" from the all-day testing). Director of (excellent) organisation was our old acquaintance and the TINC member Manos Koumiotis, former editor of Greek Yachts magazine, and now employee of Kappa Marine. In the end, last afternoon householder has taken us on the sightseeing of importance of Athens, showing us fascinating town aged more than 8000 years.

Sea Ray 335 Sundancer
Sea Ray 335 Sundancer is a brand new model for 2007 (the equivalent for the American model 310), which offers enough comfort combined with an acceptable price. Hull is made of moderately wide solid sandwich construction. Cockpit, intended for whole-day socialising during nice weather, has standard fiberglass spoiler with integrated arch-top and fixed aft canvas sunshade and offers enough space for comfortable sojourn. Pleasant atmosphere is supplemented with wet bar comprising sink with place for the optional refrigerator and barbecue, as well as portable cooler.
