Leidi 600 is designed as an optimal basic model of 6 metres for shorter outings and coastal sporting fishing. She is especially suitable for beginners who are gaining their first nautical experiences. Although her shape is simple, she has a bit of retro appearance with very good finishing treatment. Construction is solid fiberglass and the semi-displacement hull, developed on bases of the displacement wooden half-decked boats, enables the achieving of great speeds with necessary stability and security. Except for cruising, Leidi 600 can serve as work as well as a sport vessel.
The basic layout includes a roomy cockpit, a closed wheel-house with small dinette and handy galley under the skipper´s seat, as well as a cabin for three forward and a head compartment beneath the console. Ergonomic steering console has enough room for basic engine instruments and navigational electronics. The boat is intended for transportation of up to eight persons, while recommended outboard engine power is between 40 and 150 HP. For better comfort, it is advisable to purchase extra windlass, chain, anchor, protection of underwater part and a table in the booth (mahogany).
