Mochi Craft Dolphin 54 & 54 Fly

The design solutions on the new Dolphin 54’ include a reorganisation of on board spaces, which now mean that the comfort and functionality of a large yacht can be offered in a length of 17 metres. From the roomy cockpit to the brightly-lit salon and spacious owner’s suite, the Dolphin 54’ provides an opportunity to experience the sea with real passion, savouring the most authentic Italian Lobster Boat Style.
The sinuous lines of the Dolphin 54’, highlighted by the new colour scheme – a warm, golden yellow – welcome owners and their guests with the sophisticated elegance, starting from the welcoming teak and maple flooring in the cockpit, which is furnished with two comfy divans at the sides and one by the entrance to the salon. The beauty and practicality of the wood extends throughout the yacht’s interior and exterior surfaces, right up to the bows, where there are two luxurious sunpads.
The cockpit provides access to both a sun top with a sliding canopy and another comfortable sunpad, and the practical garage, which opens hydraulically to reveal a tender ready for immediate use. On entering the living area visitors will be entranced by wide windows creating an ideal combination of sea and sky views. Quality hides in natural colours reflect the elegance of the salon, furnished with a roomy C-shaped divan and an extendable teak table. The galley extends along the starboard side of the salon and provides access to a below-deck storage area. This can, on request, be transformed into a crew cabin with separate head.
The command console lies forward. Next to the traditional port seat it also offers a single-seat co-pilot’s position for any guest wishing to keep the owner company during a cruise. This section gives access to the sleeping area with one owner and two guest cabins, where passengers can enjoy the benefits of outstanding comfort during a stay at sea or at anchor.
The only movement passengers will notice is the soft, natural rocking of the sea. The stabilisers of the sophisticated Mitsubishi MSM 4000 ARG (Anti-Rolling Gyro System), exclusive to Ferretti Group, reduce roll at sea and at anchor by over 50%.
The Dolphin 54’ is powered by a pair of MAN 800 Mhp engines, providing a cruising speed of 28 knots and a top speed of 32 knots on preliminary data.
