Chaparral 270 Signature

The Chaparral Signature Cruiser line now has one new trailerable member for season 2006. With balanced design and aesthetically harmonious, 270 Signature is a family cruiser with proportions perfect for four-member crew. She has been built on a extended V-plane hull with moderate beam, made of sandwich construction (injected closed cell foam in bottom). Successfully devised cockpit offers enough room for factory-declared 4 crewmembers. It is regularly equipped with a dual helm seat that spins 180 degrees for additional dinette/conversation seating, port side chaise lounge, and a convenient cockpit galley. The transom bench seat quickly converts to an oversized sun platform that allows access to more storage space than ever expected in a cruiser cockpit. Interior also brings pleasant surprises, with new light maple cabinetry accented by the galley stainless appliances and hardware. The convertible V-berth forward is fitted with dinette and arranged with the French-stitched tailored upholstery. While the galley is very compact and the storage is limited, the head compartment is quite spacious and comes with vacuflush toilet, holding tank and shower. Signature´s conventional layout also offers the aft cabin with unexpected spacious sleeping area.
270 Signature is delivered with wide range of engins (7), which includes MerCruiser and Volvo gas or diesel engins with different versions of stern drive propulsions (Bravo II or III for MerCruisers, and DP or XDP for Volvo).
