Westerbeke introduces the new 5.0 EDC D-NET electronic diesel generator. Rated 5.0 kW at 50 Hz, the 5.0 EDC is powered by a compact three-cylinder engine for smooth, quiet 1500-rpm operation and offers a full kW more than its predecessor as well as a 50 amp battery charging alternator and electronic governing. Powered by a modern TIER II, .95 liter engine, it is designed to meet all EPA, CARB and CE emissions requirements.
