Reacher 780 is a fast, simple and versatile sailboat which combines top sailing performance with enough comfort for taking your family for a short cruise. Designed by Andrej Justin, its modern and efficient design, generous sail plan, spacious open cockpit and twin rudders will please the professionals in a regatta while simple commands make it accessible also for amateurs wanting some fast and safe sailing.
Despite such a large cockpit, due to open interior layout there is enough room for 4 people inside with all the cruising functionalities: sleeping, cooking, eating, toilet, but everything is based on portable solutions that are cheaper, easier to maintain, and you take them onboard only if you need them. Sleeping is possible in 2 double or 4 single berths, again suiting both family or regatta crews.
Boat's lifting keel reduces its draft to only 0,5m and enables you to reach every shallow and every beach to anchor or moor. In combination with a beam of 2,54m and low displacement of 1150kg it means you can trail it without any special permit and slip it without a crane. Reacher 780 is made in Croatia with modern vacuum infusion technology using epoxy with glass/carbon fibers.
