The new lightweight 260-hp 6BY260Z diesel engine from Yanmar Marine, designed for more torque at all RPMs, has been intended for boats from 20 to 36 feet. Due to his lightweight (40% lighter than the 4-cylinder D4 3.7 liter Volvo Penta diesel) and high torque, it´s appropriate for single, twin and triple installations.
