Formula 40 PC

Through redesigning PC fleet, Thunderbird Products gradually replaces sporting cruiser models that are somewhat outdated regarding the appearance. Modern aggressive 40´s hull design is overtaken from the 37PC, so these two models represent Formula´s new generation cruisers. Besides contemporary appearance, new model also brings maximum of standard equipment, precisely the quality Formula´s buyers require - speed and safety wrapped in sporting elegance with full comfort both under the deck and in the cockpit. Cockpit consists of triple helm seat, longitudinal bench seat/half-berth and spacious U-shaped settee situated in the aft part. Sun bed is obtained by adjusting height of the double table (fans of exposing to UV-beams will also find their place on the bow comprising two sun pads). Convertible bimini top is situated inside the aluminium radar arch, while wet bar with optional ice maker excellently serves for refreshment. Available is also optional hydraulic swim platform which lifting and lowering utterly facilitates manipulation with the scooter/auxiliary boat. Wealthy interior offers two cabins of which the aft one serves as a second saloon during daytime. Main saloon has two-height adjustable curved table. Galley is quite appropriately equipped for the few-day sojourns on an anchor in desolate bays. Engine room is intended for two engines (MerCruiser or Yanmar) of 420HP each, powered by which 40PC achieves maximum speed of 30 knots. Cruising speed amounts to 23 knots with fuel consumption of 91 litres per hour and cruising range of around 200 nautical miles.
