Elan Power 48

The largest Elan Powerboat ever built, Elan Power 48 is a quality cruiser with an excellent maneuverability and high-tech construction (the hull has been extensively tank tested in a shipmodel basin to achieve the best results within the parameters of installed propulsion, layout...). She is a big boat inside and out, and her hard top with tempered glass retractable roof singles her out from the other open sporting yachts. By pressing a button, the Elan Power 48 transforms into conventional open cruiser. Clear, simple and modern hull lines as well as good maritime qualities are characteristics that will always find admirers. Central part is one entirety consisting of helm station (wealthy equipped with all needed basic instruments, comfortable electrical adjustable double helm seat) and deck living area, while, in continuation there is an aft part of the cockpit with large sunbed. Living part, furnished with large U-shaped sofa for up to six and a fully equiped galley, is naturally illuminated thanks to convertible roof that, even when closed, lets quite a lot of sunlight in. Easy communication with coast is enabled by hydraulic telescopic passarelle discretely hidden inside the walkway, handled by remote control. Her powered lifting bathing platform serves as a stylish and yet practical feature which make access to the sea easier and in case of having a jet RIB or a personal watercraft.
Below deck, modern satin maple wood finish with walnut details combined with hull portlights makes bright, airy look and relaxing feeling with two or three double berth cabins layout. Forward stateroom offers king-size bed with en suite toilet and separate shower department. Full aft beam cabin welcomes guests with en suite bathroom and lots of storage. Amidships on a starboard side is the spacious third cabin with twin-berth or build-in sofa.
Originally offered with traditional V-drive inbords, Elan Power 48 is a good performer and will reach 34 knots wide open with Volvo Penta 2 x D9-575 hp engine configuration. The hull is also prepared for revolutionary Volvo Penta system IPS which offers excellent maneuverability and handling.
