As the new flagship of Maxum’s 3-series runabout lineup, the 2400SR is the new launching platform for action and adventure. Built specifically for adventures on the water, the new 2400 SR3 is designed with the versatility, space and functionality for all-day on-the-water excitement. With a full 2,59 m (8’ 6”) beam and 7,32 m (24’) length overall, the 2400 SR3 offers multiple seating configurations to ensure that there is plenty of room for crew and all the items they will bring with them. A spacious head to port provides plenty of room for changing clothes. A unique enclosed mid-berth measuring more than six feet long (1,8 m) to starboard can be used as cavernous storage or a quiet place to get out of the sun. Storage options include the oversized mid-berth, under-seat storage throughout, two 36-quart coolers in dedicated out-of-the-way niches, Maxum’s 3-series signature “transom trunk” with padded seat for two, and an enormous center locker. With enough space to store a lunar-lander or enough tubes, wakeboards and skis for the whole crew, the Maxum 2400SR3 can handle whatever supplies for any adventure. With plenty of power for a full crew and their supplies (standard 220-horsepower V8 engine), this boat is a capable exploration vehicle. The 2400 SR3 is available with six optional engine configurations, ranging up to a 375 horsepower 8.1 liter engine and top speeds well in excess of 43,5 knots (50 mph).
